Just Sold at The Avenue

The team just completed a sale at The Avenue Lofts representing the buyer. It was unit 330, a really nice one bedroom unit facing the courtyard. The building has a tax break until 2015 making ownership there more affordable.  Kelly from our team helped the purchaser. The sale price of $255,000 included some of the furnishings.
