I was visiting Atwater Place yesterday showing clients the building. While up on the 21st floor and looking out across the Willamette river, I saw snow flurries swirling all around. They were everywhere and it was a very pretty sight. When we returned to the first floor, I noticed that the weather was mostly light rain. .... at that lower elevation.
