Japanese Garden celebrates first 50 years

Portland's Japanese Garden celebrates it's 50th anniversary this year. There are special events scheduled at the Open Pavilion from February 1 -10 to recognize the role of the many community groups that helped shape the history of the garden. Also on display will be historical photos and information commemorating Garden history.
